“Personally Identifiable Information” means any information that is identifiable to you such as your name, telephone number, physical address and/or email address. You should be able to visit our Site without providing Personally Identifiable Information. However, you may be providing Personally Identifiable Information when you contact us via email or submit your information on this Site.
“Non-Personally Identifiable Information” means any information that does not identify you individually but may include information such as the type of Web browser you use, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, or any external links you may have used to locate our Site.
How We May Use the Information Collected
We will retain your Personally Identifiable Information for certain limited purposes such as, for example, using your Personally Identifiable Information to respond to any information or services that you request, such as answering your queries, or sending you materials you requested via email or postal mail. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to ensure compliance with any applicable laws and/or our policies. We will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with anyone outside of Washington Law and/or entities hired by Washington Law to perform work on its behalf.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information may be non-personal, statistical information used only on an aggregate basis as part of collecting information about demographic use, enhance and/or market the Site, and for record keeping and/or accounting purposes. We will never disclose any Personally Identifiable Information that may be part of any aggregate Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
How the Collected Information is Used
Washington Law may retain third parties to perform certain services such as maintaining the Site, or providing marketing assistance. We may provide Personally Identifiable Information for the sole purpose of providing these services to us. Washington Law will take reasonable measures to ensure that these third parties we retain are obligated to protect Personally Identifiable Information on our behalf.
While we will take necessary steps to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose Personally Identifiable Information where required by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to comply with any judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal action to protect our rights or the rights of others.
Personally Identifiable Information may be transferred in the unlikely event that Washington Law, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired by another firm.
